The Non-Kinetic Effects Business Area, part of the Defense Sector at Leidos, currently has an opening for a cleared Test Engineer to work in our Beavercreek, OH office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help our C3BM Airborne Connectivity group customer. Your role will be to support Phalanx Griffon Integrator, and on occasion our diverse program portfolio, through a combination of hardware integration, laboratory testing, ground testing and flight testing to deploy cutting edge, next generation solutions to the United States Military.

Please note: This is role is on-site and must be willing to work in Beavercreek, OH. Situational telework may be acceptable occasionally.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plans and procedures for various types of test (e.g. system acceptance, post-integration testing, and flight tests)
  • Work with and coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Conduct system acceptance and post-integration testing
  • Work with external stakeholders (e.g., USG, sub-contractors, etc.) to develop pre- and post-test documentation
  • Aid in the organization and execution of the test itself
  • Establishing best practices for proper documentation and archiving all tests conducted

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S Citizen
  • Must have an active DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM Field, preferably in an engineering discipline and 2+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s of science degree with less than 2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated test process familiarity
  • Experience working in and integrating systems into SIL environments or existing infrastructure
  • Network troubleshooting familiarity
  • Strong desire to grow and learn new technologies and skills, such as CAMEO
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications.

  • COMSEC familiarity and/or certification
  • Familiar with Agile Methodologies, preferably SCRUM or Kanban
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
  • Experience with SysML, preferably using Cameo/MagricDraw
  • Prior experience working on complex aircraft systems
  • US Airspace and Aircraft performance knowledge
  • Tactical Datalink experience

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Senior ECAD Designer (PCB Designer)

The ECAD Designer (PCB Designer) is responsible for creating, developing, and releasing high-quality PCB layouts and supporting documentation that meet stringent electrical, mechanical, EMC, and manufacturing requirements. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s experience. The Senior Manager Client Solutions is responsible for leading a Sales team focused on producing revenue growth through an end-to-end sales strategy and selling all Inventory Solutions services to new and existing clients. The Senior Manager’s territory to include, but not limited to the assigned geographical areas of their direct reports: Client Solutions Executives. This person will provide leadership for a Sales team composed of Senior Client Solutions Executives, who are charged with managing and growing existing accounts, as well as identifying and developing new accounts across all Inventory Solutions opportunities. What You’ll Do:

  • Partners with Client Solutions Senior Director to develop and implement a plan to grow revenue and market share.

  • Executes upon sales growth and retention plan for assigned team/accounts

  • Leads sales team through communication of performance expectations. Provides direct support as needed to sales staff through participation in sales calls or other related activities. Coach sales staff to enhance their effectiveness, holds them accountable for results.

  • Partners with Client Solutions Senior Director to obtain market intelligence and tools needed to support development of business of our clients and Inventory Solutions.

  • Manages and leads new and experienced Client Solutions team.

  • Recruits, hires, and develops Sales team.
