Job Description Position Title: NDT Lvl II Inspector – TIGER Team Department: Modules Division – Quality Assurance Location: Newport News, VA Position Summary The NDT Inspector – TIGER Team serves as a critical member of Trident Maritime Systems’ Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technician team and functions as the front line of Quality Assurance under the primary direction of Joe Ruiz, QA Manager, and secondary oversight of Joel Carroll, Program Manager of Quality Control. This position ensures that Trident’s products meet all NAVSEA, Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS), and Trident QA standards through precise, disciplined inspection and documentation practices. The Inspector demonstrates strong self-leadership, motivation, and accountability, upholding the highest level of professionalism within the QA department. The NDT Inspector performs Visual Testing (VT & VT Level II), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspections across ship structures and modular fabrications supporting CVN, VCS/ORP, and DDG programs. This position supports both new construction and overhaul efforts across in-harbor production, shipyard projects, and unit completion evaluations, ensuring compliance, documentation integrity, and inspection readiness. Responsibilities • Perform VT (Visual Testing) and VT Level II inspections on welds, components, and structures to verify conformance with NAVSEA and NNS standards. • Conduct MT (Magnetic Particle), PT (Liquid Penetrant), and UT (Ultrasonic Testing) inspections in accordance with Trident QA procedures. • Review, interpret, and execute inspection procedures, standards, and engineering drawings. • Document inspection results and maintain OQE records in compliance with NAVSEA/NNS requirements. • Support QC efforts during unit completion evaluations to ensure quality readiness for customer acceptance. • Provide in-process inspection support during fitting, welding, and final assembly operations. • Identify and document nonconformities, support corrective actions, and verify re-inspection activities. • Maintain certification and calibration records for inspection equipment and personnel qualifications. • Coordinate with QA/QC management and production teams to ensure inspection readiness and schedule alignment. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold Trident’s commitment to quality excellence. Shift Multiple shifts available – flexibility required to support inspection and production operations across all shifts and sites. Requirements • U.S. Citizenship required. • High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum 5–7 years of NDT experience within shipyard or heavy industrial environments supporting NAVSEA or NNS programs. • Must hold or be able to obtain NDT Level II certification in Visual Testing (VT II), with proven experience in Magnetic Particle (MT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspection methods per NAVSEA Technical Publication T9074-AS-GIB-010/271. • Demonstrated proficiency in performing and interpreting MT and UT inspections in production settings. • Familiarity with ISO, NAVSEA QA documentation and OQE practices. • Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings accurately. • Capable of working in confined spaces, elevated areas, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. What will you do:

Under general direction, acts as the on-site project leader to plan, implement, and complete control systems projects with assigned customers. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Sales and Service Manager to coordinate and drive our equipment sales and service activities within the Beverage Market across the Upper Midwest. Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Sales and service Expertise: Proven track record in steering a sales organization, including product management within a product/sales and service matrix. Deep understanding of modern sales processes, service processes organization methods, and tools (e.g., ordering, pricing, CRM).
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with the ability to engage and build relationships at various levels. Demonstrated superior skills in negotiation and contracting with customers.
  • Communication & Networking: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to network effectively and negotiate favorable outcomes. A solution-oriented team player with strong problem-solving capabilities.
