Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Software Engineering Manager in Hazelwood, MO to join our Mission Planning team. The position is pivotal to the success of the Tomahawk Cruise Missile program as the team continues to grow. This position will oversee the program’s P&L as well as 15+ software engineers tasked with maintaining and transforming the Tomahawk Planning System. Review engineering design documents for anti-tamper solutions (e.g. Anti-Tamper Plans) and author written feedback for DoD program offices and customers to document identified weaknesses and vulnerabilities of anti-tamper solutions with the end goal of develop, guide, and monitor technical documentation to capture trade studies, system designs, analyses, and results related to improving a product or program’s security posture.
Identify, assess, and recommend innovative design solutions and technologies to enhance CPI protection and mitigate vulnerabilities to exploitation and reverse engineering.
Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Lead the design, evaluation, and validation of security architectures for Curtiss Wright Defense products and customer engagement.
Support the development and implementation of hardware and software Anti-Tamper techniques and countermeasures to protect assets and enhance operational integrity and reliability. Support strategic planning for technology development that aligns with Curtiss-Wright strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain security reference architectures, roadmaps, and best practices. Develop, document, and teach best practices across many peer groups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security best practices throughout solution lifecycles.
Collaborate with the US Government and program teams to negotiate and develop Anti-Tamper / CyberSecurity solutions for international export markets, ensuring compliance with Tri-Service Committee and Red Team requirements for US-deployed and exported military systems.

Education:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

You will run state of the art signature prediction codes, like Xpatch and SENTRi on airborne and ground-based vehicle models to generate highly accurate signature models. You will also create custom signature prediction tools and perform special analyses in support of critical customer mission areas. This job offers a unique ability to collaborate directly with the creators of industry standard tools such as Xpatch as well as others (SENTRi, etc.). We are looking for a qualified candidate to bring technical excellence, leadership, entrepreneurship, and creativity to our programs. You will interact with customers, participate in, and lead technical projects areas, and pursue growth in new areas. The FP&A Manager – Field & On-Location Marketing will serve as the primary finance partner to the company’s Event, Retail, and Canvassing marketing channels, supporting a multi-region field marketing organization operating across offices, retail locations, and event networks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead weekly forecasting, quarterly & annual planning (AOP) processes for the Field & on-location Marketing organization, covering Event, Retail & Canvassing marketing channels.
Forecast lead generation, marketing spend, and revenue conversion across Event, Retail, and Canvassing channels.
Partner with commercial leadership to align lead-generation targets, market expansion plans, and marketing investments with revenue and profitability objectives.
Regional & Office Performance Analytics
• Evaluate differences in lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency across field teams & markets to drive operational improvements.
• Develop financial frameworks to optimize resource allocation across field teams, retailers, and events
Marketing ROI & Funnel Economics
Build and maintain ROI and unit economics models to evaluate field marketing performance
Analyze full performance from Lead to Set to Issue to Sale to Install
Track and analyze funnel performance & monitor key KPIs including Cost Per Lead, Leads per event/store, ROAS & contribution margin amongst others
Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting on marketing spend, lead generation, and revenue conversion.
Provide variance analysis comparing actual performance vs forecast and plan.
Translate operational performance trends into clear financial insights and recommendations for leadership.
Partner with Accounting & HR to ensure field marketing spend is properly coded, tracked, and accrued.
Process Improvement & Strategic Projects
Improve financial reporting, data visibility, and forecasting accuracy across field marketing channels.
Help standardize reporting frameworks and performance dashboards across the field organization.
Support the field marketing organization with ad-hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
6–9+ years of experience in FP&A, marketing finance, corporate finance, or consulting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Strong financial modeling and data-driven analytical capabilities
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) are a must
Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional leadership
