Perform first-tier triage on Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, virtualization, and core service alerts and escalate to SME-level support when needed. Document outages, restoration times, problem resolutions, and customer impact data in the JSP Enterprise ITSM system (currently Remedy). Support COOP and contingency operations from primary or alternate continuity facilities as needed during exercises or real-world events. Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) or more years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator or Network Operations Center (NOC) operator in a DoD or large enterprise environment (5+ years for Senior; 7+ years for the SME variant). Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration; Red Hat Linux administration required for Linux Watch openings. Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise monitoring tools: SCOM, Splunk, vRops/Prism, Aternity, BMC Atrium, or similar. Requirements
~1+ years full-time experience as a sworn police officer with arrest authority in a military, municipal, county, state, or federal police agency
~ Possession of current HR218/LEOSA credentials
~ Valid license to carry a firearm
~ Valid driver’s license
~ Conflict management and problem-solving skills
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills
~ Sound judgement skills and ability to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressure
~ Effective communication skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful environments
~ Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field
Related experience, including security and/or loss prevention
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or First Responder

This position will focus on Lifecycle Replacement (LCR) activities for enterprise network infrastructure, including end-of-service (EOS) and end-of-life (EOL) technology refresh initiatives across the enterprise environment.

In this role, you will:
- Stand guard at the security officer post, directing visitors, issuing access badges, and providing escorts as necessary.
- Log visitor data and other basic reports in the security computer system.
