Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

This position provides hands on project oversight for the delivery of secure, high quality, and scalable data linkage, and the preparation, documentation, and distribution of Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and other data to support comprehensive research analysis through automated, AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to: Manage multiple linkage projects or workstreams, including scope, schedule, and resources. Coordinate linkage activities across CMS, federal, private, and National Institute of Health (NIH) funded study datasets. Oversee execution of probabilistic, deterministic, and Privacy Preserving Record Linkage (PPRL) based linkage workflows. Track and manage linkage performance metrics, validation results, and QA findings. Ensure deliverables meet CMS, NIH, and study specific security and disclosure requirements. Support preparation and review of: o Study Linkage Reports o Data File Reports o Linkage Production Reports Coordinate analytic output review and disclosure prevention workflows. Facilitate project communications, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
