The Homeland Sector within Leidos is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer Team Lead, with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development. In this role the candidate will support the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP). In this hands-on position, you will work collaboratively to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems. Required Qualifications

•Deep hands-on experience designing and building developer platforms—internal developer portals, CI/CD systems, infrastructure-as-code, self-service environments, runtime platforms.
•Strong architectural thinking with proven ability to design systems that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability and maintainability.
•Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including compute, networking, IAM, and infrastructure services.
•Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, or equivalent).
•Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, CloudFormation).

Role Overview

Arrow ECS is looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to establish and develop a portfolio of new logos in North America. You will be a contributive member of a talented team of FSRs developing net new revenues in North America Commercial and Enterprise segments, to deliver expected value to onboard new customers.
