The Boeing Company is currently seeking Back-End Software Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to lead our Model-Based Engineering Software (MBE) team located in Berkeley, Missouri. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense Services (BDS) business organization.
This position will focus on developing prototypes and new capabilities for web-applications and services. You will design APIs, create data processing and analytics pipelines, optimize SQL queries, and build up production-ready infrastructure. In this backend developer position, you’ll be helping shape the architecture and infrastructure needed to make our prototypes and minimum-viable products production ready. Some examples of the work involved may include but are not limited to researching and selecting technologies and programing languages to use, building reliable and performant server applications using those technologies and languages, and ensuring our applications can scale to support hundreds to thousands of users.
