Summary:
Install, calibrate, align, troubleshoot, test and repair Metrology equipment in compliance with prescribed and/or acceptable methods. Calibrate and monitor equipment per in-house procedures and specifications. Calibrate and record variations of test equipment and repair events per SKF procedures.

Work Experience Requirements: Must possess a certified journeyman card or have 8 years of documented work within the trade, in an industrial environment. Documented military experience will be considered.
Machines and Equipment: Calibration and repair of all surface finish and form profile and roundness systems (Form Talysurf, Federal Formscans, Federal Surfanylyzers, etc…), waveometers, anderonmeters, temperature / environmental recorders, optical comparators, pc based hardware associated with gaging, in-process and post process gaging systems. Calibrations of NDT, Magnaflux, Nital etch, Zyglo, and Eddy current systems. Calibration and repair of electro-mechanical, electro-optic, drives and controllers associated with laser marking systems.

This Naval Architect will design, build, and maintain Unmanned Systems (UxSs) in PMS 406’s portfolio. This role will use knowledge of hydrostatics, hydrodynamics, flotation and stability, structures, arrangements, and construction, and cost and survivability assessment to synthesize the often conflicting demands from competing design constraints to determine the most balanced designs for UxSs. This role requires proficiency with modern computation tools to perform UUV and USV design studies.
We are seeking a skilled Naval Architect to bring strong ship architecture and design competency for Navy clients. At the intersection of mission and technology, this role will help Navy acquisition organizations acquire or develop mission-suitable Navy vessels and systems. This role involves applying your naval architecture experience to performing and supporting related research and development (R&D), integration, and test and evaluation (T&E) activities in support of acquisition programs for Navy shipbuilding. You will help to architect, design, and evaluate the operation of naval vessels and develop ship concept designs, conduct concept design studies and analyses, and perform operational or performance evaluations. You’ll design software to prepare plans, drawings, and analytical models. You’ll evaluate designs for feasibility and analyze critical elements or performance of the design using analytic tools, model scale- and full-scale testing, or prototypes, as appropriate. You’ll prepare reports and make recommendations for design changes. You’ll identify and apply regulatory, industry, and Navy standards.

Seeking an experienced Naval Architect to provide technical and management support for a U.S. Navy acquisition program in our Washington DC office.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze new ships and ship system concepts.
• Manage the overall schedule, risk, and resource management for integrated product teams.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Trouble shoot, install, inspect, repair and perform preventative maintenance on electronic/electrical equipment and circuits, NC/CNC equipment and hydraulic power units to assure proper function and reliability. Must have formal training or equivalent experience in electronics and be able to identify circuitry malfunctions down to component level. Must be able to read and interpret circuit-wiring diagrams and be proficient in the use of volt OHM meter, signal generator and oscilloscope. May work in close conjunction with production engineers and provide technical assistance in design and modification of automated production equipment. May also trouble shoot, install, inspect, repair and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical components of machinery and equipment.

JWF Industries is seeking a Robotic Welding Programmer to join their team of skilled professionals in Johnstown, PA. This is a critical role responsible for programming robotic welding equipment and ensuring the on-site robots correctly and continuously fabricate metal components that meet manufacturing and customer specifications.
Essential Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Ensuring both weld quality and efficiency through planning and analysis of tasks
• Programming the robots in each of the robotic welding cells using the correct welding practices to meet customer requirements
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robotic welding fixtures
• Monitoring the production efficiency of the robotic cells, seeking out programming improvement opportunities
• Guiding production employees in the proper methods of operation for each of the robotic cells
Education Level
HS diploma or equivalent
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of related robotic welding experience and/or related training is required.
Work requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
