The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing and developing multiple fiber Outside Plant (OSP) and demonstrated Rural Utilities Service (RUS) expertise.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the design and development of multiple fiber OSP projects.
  2. Overseeing all aspects of broadband projects, from initial planning to implementation.
  3. Utilizing your RUS expertise to ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

The expected salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000.  Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Objective

As the Product Manager (PM) for Power and Circuit Protection, you will act as the CEO of your product category.
