As a Product Owner, you will collaboratively manage the schedule, budget, and technical oversight of subsystem deliverables for assigned control accounts to one or many programs. You will be empowered to and responsible for driving the team execution for delivering quality hardware against program delivery dates, optimizing production capacity and improving designs and manufacturability to meet required manufacturing rates. The position will require working with company and program management, multiple engineering teams, production, ATLO (Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations), and our Customers to deliver qualified subsystem components on time and on budget.

Position Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Program Management Offices (including MPMs) to understand and prioritize deliverable hardware
Drive team execution (day to day) and execution of upcoming milestones, thru facilitation of all functions in the flow from demand entry, procurement through delivery.
Manage technical project scope, planning, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, cost performance, Estimates at Completion (EAC), Risk assessment throughout the program lifecycle.
Update program LRE (Latest Revised Estimate) planners, schedules, and provide Earned Value Management inputs, including variance analysis and corrective action planning.
Develop and maintain a historical data set for cost and schedule projections providing inputs to program delivery Baselines
Work closely with Production Scheduling function to ensure hardware build schedules in shared production areas meet program needs.
Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the Companies long range business plans and work with Engineering to identify, authorize and manage technical changes to deliverable unit designs to meet those plans.
Represent control account(s) as a recognized technical authority and performance manager
Track and update key subsystem TPMs (Technical Performance Metrics)
Identify issues and risks early, proactively resolve issues that impede program progress, obtain assistance when needed to allow design staff to concentrate on their work products.
Track/Manage subsystem DRs (Discrepancy Reports) and work with respective engineering teams to close out any open DRs in a timely fashion to keep MFG floor work moving.
Status key subsystem deliverables to program management, customers, and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in technical or business discipline with knowledge of cost, schedule, technical, risk, and earned value management.
Experience with Jira, MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
Experience leading engineering and/or manufacturing teams and personnel
Experience using tools and metrics in managing activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Project Leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronic Design
Understanding of execution methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc) and the ability to tailor them based on program needs
Demonstrate the ability to balance the needs of multiple programs and stakeholders in a resource and schedule constrained environment
Ability to determine and proactively act on program execution trends
Knowledge of satellite systems and components
Experience with Confluence

The IT Network Engineer will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our network operations. This position requires a deep understanding of networking principles, hands-on experience with complex network environments, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and implement robust, scalable, and secure network architectures, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud networking solutions

We are looking for a Network Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining and administering our company’s computer networks. Your primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary. You will also be working closely with the users of our network in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.

The right candidate will need to have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. You will also need to be able to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. A deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is highly desired.

As an Electrical Power Systems Engineer you will cover spacecraft production, integration and test on second shift as representative of design engineering team across range of programs and projects. Your primary task will be dispositioning and root causing non conformances and issues as they come up, secondary tasking will be design based leveraging your experience with the integration and test. You will work closely with technicians, integration and test engineers as well as the design engineering team to foster a deep understanding of spacecraft design and subsystems, sharpening your skills and being a technical expert in your field.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform root cause analysis for non conformances in system level functional and environmental testing

Perform spacecraft Electrical Power subsystem EPS design and analysis at the spacecraft level, including interfaces with other subsystems

As a Spacecraft Power Engineer, your systems will power Millennium satellites literally. Power engineers design most of the satellite electrical system, including overall electrical architecture, battery and solar array design, power conversion, and power distribution. They are involved from early conceptual design and development, during the detailed design phase, when components and satellites are being built and tested, and during on-orbit operations of the satellite. Whether it’s performing low-level electrical circuit design, analyzing the worst-case energy balance of a satellite, or troubleshooting an anomaly of an on-orbit satellite, you will have a hand in it all.

The Specialist, Technical Writer will be responsible for gathering, composing, and editing technical information to prepare flight manuals, maintenance manuals, and other technical documentation for our warfighters. The Technical Publications team is a group of professionals committed to providing quality and timely publication deliverables for commercial and government projects in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions:

Communicate with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical specifications and requirements.

Compile and structure researched technical information for development of documentation. Including understanding engineering principles, reading schematics and/or wiring diagrams.

Authoring/Generating content for illustrated parts catalogs/maintenance manuals/flight operation/mission systems/Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) documents, in an Unstructured/Structured FrameMaker environment or other authoring software for commercial and/or Air Force, Army, or Navy programs.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible documentation that is easy for end-users to understand.

Ensure that all documentation adheres to industry standards and best practices, as well as relevant DoD and FAA regulations and guidelines (including ATA100, ATA iSpec 2200, MIL-PRF-38807C, Mil-STD-2361C, MIL-STD-37874, etc.).

Work closely with the management team to stay updated on project budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

May manage projects or processes with general supervision.

Recommends enhancements to systems and processes.

Works to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results.

Demonstrated experience in using Adobe Acrobat, FrameMaker and Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated knowledge of ATA100, ATA iSpec 2200, MIL-PRF-38807C, MIL-STD-2361C and MIL-STD-37874. S1000D.

Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with four (4) years of prior technical writing experience.
Graduate Degree with two (2) years of prior technical writing experience.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of prior technical writing experience in an Aerospace-driven environment or within the defense industry.
Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce cases for assigned line of business (LOB): Plumbing, Special Projects, Repair and Install, Drain Cleaning
Manage work orders (WOs) and purchase orders (POs) for assigned line of business including entry, additions, corrections, etc.
Provide excellent service to all WRE customers and employees (field and office) through frequent and thorough communication
Coordinate and partner with sales to schedule and execute service
Provide job route assignments for assigned line of business (Plumbing) during normal hours of operation
Support Supervisors in providing troubleshooting assistance to technicians for phone/tablet issues
Update on-call calendar in SharePoint
Respond to technicians and customers regarding job specific questions and issues related to Plumbing, Special Projects, Repair and Install, Drain Cleaning Lines of Business support.
Coordinate with LOB supervisor on job alignment; specifically, technician assignment as a relation to skillset of technician
Coordinate with LOB Supervisor to prioritize urgency of service requests and properly assign to routes based on tech availability and skill
Other duties as assigned
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.00 - $21.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
