Technical Operations Leader / Sr Maintenance Leader

  • Champion a culture of safety and accountability across all maintenance functions

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, efficiency, and long term asset health
  • Ensure documentation, work processes, and maintenance systems are accurate, current, and consistently followed
  • Develop technical and leadership capability across engineering, maintenance, and supervisory teams
  • Conduct ongoing performance management and ensure timely completion of reviews, coaching, and development plans
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership to align priorities and support 24/7 production needs

Total Rewards:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Technical area preferred (Engineering or related field of study, TPM based educational training) with 7 years manufacturing experience, preferably in fast paced food, pharmaceutical or beverage products environment
  • Demonstrated management or supervision experience in the maintenance or production in the area of high volume production manufacturing
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and weekends as business needs dictate
  • TPM Certifications, Lean Six Sigma, and/or continuous improvement strategy highly desired.

Job Summary :

Millennium-Space Systems is looking for a Launch System Integration Engineer ( early -career) that can i ntegrate MSS spacecraft to select launch or host vehicle s , coordinate processing at the launch base, and conduct launch and ascent operations. Manage the interface between MSS and the other launch campaign stakeholders including the Launch Vehicle Contractor (LVC) or Host Vehicle Contractor , the Launch Range (Range), launch base processing facilities, day of launch tracking and data and communications services, and other participants.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead all activities related to the launch vehicle/host vehicle integration and launch of our spacecraft
  • Develop and manage i ntegrated schedules and plans
  • Own and manage interface control documentation (ICD s ) including requirements development and specifications , and verification
  • Develop launch base safety and operations plans and secure approval from the launch range authority
  • Develop payload processing facility requirements
  • Assur e transportation for the SV and associated GSE
  • Coordinate and manage LV/Host integration at the launch base, or host facility
  • Plan, coordinate and execute day of launch activities with all participating contractors and agencies

The Customer Experience pathway combines technical and professional training in Banking or Customer Success, with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at JPMorganChase or Bank of America among other leading organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

You can apply to Year Up United if you are:

  • A high school graduate or GED recipient
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
  • Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
