As a Atlassian System Engineer, you will help build and administer projects and elements within JIRA and work with Millennium’s information technology department to maintain the health of JIRA and coordinate maintenance and upgrades when necessary. Millennium uses Atlassian JIRA and other Atlassian products as a program management tool in addition to aiding in software development. You will also be the main point of contact for any usage questions or training needed for Millennium’s users.

This position’s internal job code is Software Engineer. Our team is currently hiring for a level 4.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain projects, workflows, issues, permissions and more in JIRA to support Millennium program and team requirements
  • Monitor the health of Millennium’s JIRA servers and other Atlassian tools and ensure minimal downtime and maximum data availability
  • Plan and build multiple JIRA environments for development and testing in addition to production and performing data migrations as necessary
  • Assist users in the usage of JIRA and other Atlassian products and provide small or large group training when necessary
  • Prepare and maintain documentation on the design and usage of Millennium’s JIRA and other Atlassian products

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of JIRA and general Atlassian product administration experience
  • 3+ years of general web application administration experience
  • Programming experience with Python, Java, SQL, JSON, and Groovy
  • Experience with modern web application administration
  • Experience with GitLab or similar version control tools
  • Experience collaborating and working diverse teams to determine needs and goals

As a Product Owner, you will collaboratively manage the schedule, budget, and technical oversight of subsystem deliverables for assigned control accounts to one or many programs. You will be empowered to and responsible for driving the team execution for delivering quality hardware against program delivery dates, optimizing production capacity and improving designs and manufacturability to meet required manufacturing rates. The position will require working with company and program management, multiple engineering teams, production, ATLO (Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations), and our Customers to deliver qualified subsystem components on time and on budget.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Program Management Offices (including MPMs) to understand and prioritize deliverable hardware
  • Drive team execution (day to day) and execution of upcoming milestones, thru facilitation of all functions in the flow from demand entry, procurement through delivery.
  • Manage technical project scope, planning, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, cost performance, Estimates at Completion (EAC), Risk assessment throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Update program LRE (Latest Revised Estimate) planners, schedules, and provide Earned Value Management inputs, including variance analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Develop and maintain a historical data set for cost and schedule projections providing inputs to program delivery Baselines
  • Work closely with Production Scheduling function to ensure hardware build schedules in shared production areas meet program needs.
  • Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the Companies long range business plans and work with Engineering to identify, authorize and manage technical changes to deliverable unit designs to meet those plans.
  • Represent control account(s) as a recognized technical authority and performance manager
  • Track and update key subsystem TPMs (Technical Performance Metrics)
  • Identify issues and risks early, proactively resolve issues that impede program progress, obtain assistance when needed to allow design staff to concentrate on their work products.
  • Track/Manage subsystem DRs (Discrepancy Reports) and work with respective engineering teams to close out any open DRs in a timely fashion to keep MFG floor work moving.
  • Status key subsystem deliverables to program management, customers, and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in technical or business discipline with knowledge of cost, schedule, technical, risk, and earned value management.
  • Experience with Jira, MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Experience leading engineering and/or manufacturing teams and personnel
  • Experience using tools and metrics in managing activities

You will lead the bring-up of avionics hardware into Linux. This includes owning the board support package (BSP), custom kernel work, device trees, bootloaders, and the low-level drivers that expose our hardware to the OS. You’ll define and build the infrastructure that lets us deploy and validate these systems across flight computers, radios, and payload processors. You’ll also create internal tools to exercise hardware in the lab and on the production floor, enabling fast debug and reliable manufacturing.

  • Represent software and firmware concerns in cross-disciplinary product development
  • Lead Linux bring-up for new avionics hardware from first power-on through delivery of a stable OS image

We are seeking a CostPoint System Administrator to support and maintain our ERP environment, ensuring efficient and secure operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in administering Deltek CostPoint and associated modules, have strong coordination skills with both internal IT teams and external vendors, and bring experience from a complex manufacturing environment-preferably in aerospace or defense. This is an onsite role at our office in El Segundo, California.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the Deltek Costpoint ERP system, including configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and Deltek support teams to resolve technical issues and deploy enhancements.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking Flight Software Engineers (Associate / Experienced / Senior) to support our Flight Software Team located in El Segundo, CA . In this role, the individual will lead a team with design, implementation, and test of flight software with a focus on leadership, quality, earned value, and development of new capabilities for current and future satellite programs. Position Responsibilities (P2):

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a SECRET US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. Ability to obtain Interim- SECRET US Security clearance Pre-Start and Final- SECRET US Security clearance Post-Start
  • 2+ or more years of experience designing and developing software for a real-time or non-real-time system
  • 3+ years of experience in software development using languages such as C, C++, Java, Rust, or Python

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Level 4: 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle that includes requirements analysis through Formal Qualification
  • Experience using team collaboration tools including GitLab, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Experience in embedded real-time software development
  • Experience with Wireshark or other network analysis tools and Debuggers
  • Experience automating software builds, unit tests, and integration tests using a DevOps tool chain

Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Day Programs, the Unit Coordinator is a full-time, in-person position responsible for the development, facilitation, and implementation of a work-ordered day program for persons with brain injuries, based on the Clubhouse model. The Unit Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Manager of Day Programs and works in close coordination with the Senior Unit Coordinator regarding daily unit operations. The Unit Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a consistent physical presence within the assigned unit, actively modeling participation, collaboration, and skill development alongside members. This role requires consistent situational awareness and sound judgment, as staff may at times need to make immediate decisions with incomplete information that have significant safety, behavioral, or programmatic impact.

The Unit Coordinator works collaboratively with members to design, adapt, and implement meaningful unit tasks that support individual goals while maintaining safe, effective unit operations. This role prioritizes team-based work, consistent communication, and the use of practical, accessible learning strategies to support member engagement, skill-building, and community integration. All unit activities are aligned with member goals, Clubhouse standards, and the organizational mission.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In accordance with the purpose and mission of Brain Injury Services and the International Brain Injury Clubhouse Alliance standards, the Unit Coordinator shall carry out responsibilities across the following four core areas:

Unit Facilitation & Work-Ordered Day

• Maintain consistent, in-person presence within the assigned work-ordered day unit

• Facilitate daily unit operations and implement assigned facilitation plans

• Model Clubhouse participation by working side-by-side with members

• Collaborate with members to develop, adapt, and complete meaningful unit work

• Implement flexible learning strategies that support engagement, skill development, and independence

• Ensure unit activities are structured and align with member strengths, needs, and goals

• Facilitate and apply risk management strategies in real-time, including identifying emerging safety concerns, implementing immediate protective actions when necessary, and communicating incidents and patterns to the Senior Manager.

Member Support & Documentation

• Provide light case management for assigned members in accordance with BIS policies

Light case management responsibilities are limited in scope and are intended to support unit participation and goal engagement. This role does not replace formal case management services or clinical decision-making.

• Participate in intake, assessment, and eligibility activities as needed

• Maintain accurate, timely member documentation and support ISP development

• Train, support, and evaluate member participation and progress

• Implement positive behavioral support strategies and interventions as needed

Team Collaboration & Communication

• Work within a team-based environment that prioritizes collaboration and shared responsibility

• Provide cross-unit support by collaborating on shared projects, tasks that intersect across units, and assisting with covering other units to ensure continuity of operations and member engagement.

• Maintain consistent communication with the Senior Unit Coordinator regarding unit operations, coverage needs, and member participation

• Collaborate with task-related BIS departments to support coordinated services

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in special education, rehabilitation counseling, social work or a closely related field is preferred. Relevant professional experience providing community-based services to individuals with disabilities may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of one year experience providing community-based services to persons with disabilities, preferably those with brain injuries, is highly desirable. Preference will be given to those applicants with experience in a Clubhouse program and with knowledge of person-centered practices.

Knowledge of:

ADA SPECIFICATIONS This job operates in a professional office environment and at various community sites. Per clubhouse model guidelines, staff workspaces are primarily integrated into member spaces, requiring an ability to process consistent & high sensory input and potential interruptions. Separate work areas are not always available. This role requires routinely using and adjusting office furniture & equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, tables, chairs, cooking appliances and equipment. This job requires an ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and the following related activities: bending, kneeling, and using small to large hand tools. Frequent travel within the service area is required.
