TRC Talent Solutions – The IT Recruitment Experts

At TRC Talent Solutions, we don’t just fill seats; we build engineering teams. With over 50 years of experience in the Atlanta market, our IT & Engineering team specializes in connecting high-caliber talent with Fortune 500 leaders who are redefining their technical landscapes. We are currently partnering with a Top 5 Global Homebuilder on one of their top three strategic initiatives for 2026.

The Mission: “Path to Purchase Order”

You will be the technical linchpin for the House Cost Management (HCM) module—a high-visibility submodule within the enterprise finance ecosystem. This is a “transformation” role: you will decipher a legacy .NET Framework “black box,” stabilize the monthly market rollouts, and lead the architecture shift toward a modern Azure-based, API-first, event-driven environment.

Why this role is different:

High Visibility: This project is one of the company’s Top 3 priorities.

Architect’s Right Hand: You aren’t just a coder; you are stepping up to lead the effort, allowing the Architect to focus on enterprise strategy while you own the module.

AI-First Culture: The team is leaning heavily into GenAI (Cursor, Copilot Studio) to fast-track legacy code analysis and automate workflows.

The “Early Bird” Perk: On-site in Buckhead (Tues-Thurs) with a flexible 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM schedule to beat the Atlanta traffic.

What You’ll Do

Modernize: Deconstruct monolithic .NET Framework applications into scalable Azure Microservices and Angular/TypeScript front-ends.

Lead & Mentor: Act as the technical heartbeat of the team, guiding junior/mid-level devs and reinforcing modern engineering standards like TDD and Clean Architecture…

Own the Cloud: Design and implement event-driven solutions using Azure Service Bus and Event Grid.

Leverage AI: Utilize GenAI tools to decipher “mind-mapped” legacy code and showcase AI-agent efficiency to business stakeholders.

The Stack We’re Looking For

Experience: Typically 8+ years of professional software engineering.

Back-end: Expert-level C# / .NET Core and legacy .NET Framework…

Cloud: Hands-on Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus) and Azure DevOps (ADO).

Front-end: Angular (Primary) or strong React/TypeScript skills.  Architecture: Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices.
