Role Purpose Statement

The Account Manager – Korean Speaker serves as the primary liaison for Korean-speaking airline clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and fostering strong, long-term partnerships. This role is responsible for managing and growing key accounts, gaining a deep understanding of client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to provide customized catering and service solutions. The Account Manager also plays a vital role in supporting business growth by identifying opportunities, proactively addressing challenges, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction. Fluency in Korean is essential to facilitate seamless communication, build trust, and align with regional and global business strategies.

Main Accountabilities

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, ensuring timely communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to understand business needs, service expectations, and long-term goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Culinary, Procurement, and Finance—to deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the airline catering, hospitality, or service-related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Korean and English, with excellent business communication skills in both languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and strategic focus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems a plus.

You Have:

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate’s expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Oracle Database Administrator to perform Oracle Database administration duties to include managing, securing, monitoring, and maintaining of enterprise data infrastructure. This position will be located in Quantico, VA and will be a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

Implements and maintains smooth operation and physical design of databases. Conducts performance tuning of indexes and databases in general. Reviews database design and integration of systems, provides backup recovery and makes recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements. Maintains security and integrity controls.   • Oversees the scheduling of database projects, database and transaction log backups, notifications, and database replication between multiple SQL Servers and remote sites.
  • Assists Database Designers/Information System Analysts in the development and creation of SQL and Web-based databases and database systems.
  • Reviews technical designs, reports, documentation, and other materials produced by staff; creates and maintains high-level reporting systems using products such as Crystal Reports; researches and implements new database and online technology.

Qualifications:

High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Clearance Required: TS/SCI
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc)
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Database Architecture (12c, 19c, 21c etc. SQL and PL/SQL
  • Strong command of Linux/Unix environments

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Data Pump, and SQL Developer
