Job Description
The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a Mid OSINT Policy and Governance Specialist to support the Policy and Engagement Team at DIA/NDOC. This position will be located at one of our customer sites in Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC.
This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your experience in support of the DIA’s OSINT mission. In this mission space, we support DIA/NDOC’s OSINT mission on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Leidos effort consists of five main tasks: collecting and reporting, mission and information technology architecture, policy and OSINT governance support, OSINT strategic communications strategy support, and OSINT specialized tradecraft and training development support.
As an OSINT Policy and Governance Specialist, you will support our customer’s mission objectives.
Support the development and refinement of policy and governance documents that shape the future of OSINT, ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment with DoD, DIA, and IC standards. Collaborate across departments, conduct impactful research and risk assessments, and deliver dynamic products—such as compliance reports, policy coordination plans, and actionable recommendations—that empower enterprise-wide innovation, regulatory excellence, and effective governance.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field. An additional 4 years of experience for a total of 8 years of experience in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Four years of experience in policy development, coordination, and compliance, preferably within government or intelligence settings and with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

The HR Business Partner will report directly to the mill manager. Pay will be very competitive and aligned with experience. The successful applicant must have a history of relevant work that will enable him or her to fulfill the requirements of the role. Experience in the wood-product industry is not required.
Responsibilities include:
Provide direct HR support to the Mill Manager and leadership team
Build an effective recruiting, interviewing, and selection process to hire quality hourly talent by developing and maintaining relationships with area trade schools, other local sources, and community outreach

Recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in department efficiency and streamlining of processes
Maintain hourly HR files in compliance with applicable state and federal requirements

Assist corporate HR with the Annual Benefits Enrollment process and Wellness program at the mills

Leidos Defense is seeking a talented Junior Configuration Management Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Primary Responsibilities
The Configuration Management Configuration Analyst is responsible for product design changes and the effects of the overall system. Duties include ensuring configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations for data that is created from internal projects or supplied by the customer. Configuration Analyst will work independently on moderately complex projects/assignments. Configuration Analyst will act as a Data Manager and will provide project support in reviewing contents, and delivery of CDRL’s, SDRL’s, item records, change records and other items in a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Configuration Analyst will assist CM team members in producing documentation such as CSA reports, audit reports, and creating data pull outputs as required. Leidos is looking for our next TS/SCI‑cleared DevOps Software Engineer to join a high‑energy team building and deploying a cutting‑edge technology stack in support of the DIA‑NMEC (National Media Exploitation Center) DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP). This role is part of a 10‑year program supporting the DOMEX Data Discovery Platform (D3P) Modernization effort, where you’ll contribute to mission‑critical capabilities alongside a collaborative, innovative, and growth‑oriented team.
While the majority of work is performed on‑site at our customer location in Bethesda, MD, we offer a flexible schedule and occasional opportunities for remote work.
As a DevOps Software Engineer, you’ll help design, deploy, and maintain a full‑stack, containerized microservices architecture. You’ll also support systems administration, installation, configuration, and the broader adoption of DevOps best practices across cross‑functional engineering teams. In this fast‑paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with systems engineering, architecture, development, security, operations, and integration teams.

About the role:
As a Electrical Designer 2 you will perform a 3D and 2D design using the most common design tools such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.
You will report to the Electrical Physical Design Manager and be located at our Rock Hill, SC facility. The position is hybrid; you will typically be onsite 2 days per week.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58,913 to $76,604 per year.
