We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer with over 5 years of experience in commissioning and retro-commissioning new and existing facilities. The candidate should be comfortable meeting with clients and contractors, possess strong technical skills, and be able to perform equipment performance testing. Experience in BAS/BMS/control systems testing and integration is considered an advantage. Projects include mid-size to large commercial projects such as new buildings and existing facility upgrades.

  • Bachelors or Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • 5+ years Commissioning / Energy-related experience
  • Working knowledge of mechanical/HVAC Systems, BAS, and Controls Systems
  • Certifications Desired, EIT, PE, CEM, CCP, CPMP, BEAP, LEED AP is highly preferred, Not Required
  • Lead and execute commissioning projects from beginning to close-out.
  • Lead and execute condition assessments and energy audits for existing facilities.
  • Support the development of innovative energy concepts for new and existing buildings.

Role Summary:
Lead commercial performance for rolls services in the Pulp & Paper industry and other industrial accounts across the USA North region, working closely with a team of direct reports to own regional budgets, forecasting, strategic account plans, resource allocation, and team development. Drive profitable revenue growth through disciplined financial management, issue resolution, adoption of Sales Process and WebCRM, competitive market response, and strong cross functional collaboration.

  • Interpret technical specifications and bid documents; prepare technical, commercial, and legal proposal responses to maximize win probability.
  • Design and develop Reverse Osmosis (RO), instrumentation, and control systems for standard and custom projects using forecasting software.
  • Develop cost-effective solutions in collaboration with Supply Chain to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Prepare water mass balances and system performance projections.
  • Partner with Drafting to produce PFDs, P&IDs, general arrangements, equipment layouts, and supporting documentation for proposals and post-award submittals.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain to prepare detailed cost estimates and project pricing models.
  • Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including process descriptions, scopes of work, equipment lists, and performance guarantees within customer deadlines.
  • Support Project Management and Engineering post-award through submittals, production, installation, commissioning, performance testing, and warranty support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users, EPC firms, and Engineering Consultants.
  • Manage project and sales data and communicate updates effectively across the global sales team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in application engineering and proposal development for custom industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, including aeration, clarification, disinfection, media and membrane filtration (NF, RO, UF), water softening, ion exchange, and systems for raw water, boiler water, cooling water, oily water, process water, produced water, ultrapure water, and wastewater treatment.
  • Experience modeling treatment solutions based on influent water analysis and effluent quality requirements to meet customer CapEx and OpEx objectives.
  • Knowledge of technical, commercial, and legal principles related to proposals, costing, pricing, and contract negotiations for risk mitigation.

  • Up to 25% travel required; ability to travel internationally preferred.

Job Details

Work directly with Manufacturing Manager, Machine Operators, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, and Production Control to produce good programs, keep machines running, and meet production needs.
Programming in Mastercam.
Processes and controls include, 2-3 axis mill/turning, Okuma/Hass/Mazak/FANUC.
CAD in Solidworks.
Read, analyze, and interpret blueprint drawings/specifications.
Tool and fixture selection, I.E End Mills, drills, inserts, custom fixtures, etc.
Organize and maintain programs, setup sheets, and revisions to both.
With machine operator or independently, conduct first run prove outs.
Revise programs to correct errors or make improvements.

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee Tilt-Up construction projects, focusing on ground-up commercial and industrial builds. The role involves managing all field operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and ensuring timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tilt-Up construction, a proven ability to manage large-scale projects, and excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of Tilt-Up construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure a smooth workflow and productivity.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, project timelines, and site logistics plans.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients to ensure smooth execution and project success.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and cost overruns.
