Job Details

Duties:

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement activities on the production floor.
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing methods, workflows, and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement on the production floor.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and drive sustainability efforts.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Design, develop, and refine tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance productivity.
  • Pursue and support cost reduction and sustainability initiatives
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and localization projects to streamline production
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or Automation preferred. Degree in Engineering or technical discipline required.
  • 1 - 4 years as a manufacturing engineer or similar technical role
  • Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude and technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to read and interpret technical documents such as drawings, schematic diagrams, operating instructions and manuals.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing processes.

o Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus, but not required

  • Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD for technical drawings and design.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of automation software, robotic systems, SCADA and/or industrial computer networks, HMI’s, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our Finance team. This person will play a critical role in supporting the Controller with the month-end close process, external audits, and continuous optimization of our ERP and accounting processes.

Responsibilities
Support the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses
Partner with the Controller to develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and controls
Work closely with external auditors to support annual audits and financial reviews
Drive process improvements and automation within the ERP and accounting systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and other teams to ensure accounting accuracy
Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Support other special projects as the company scales

Qualifications
CPA required (active license preferred)
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including public accounting and industry experience (SaaS or technology preferred)
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, or similar)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Under direction of the Managing Director and Director of Operations, the Investor Relations / Private Equity Paralegal will be responsible for the following (and more):

  • General daily and project support for Director of External Relations and for key personnel
  • Support Director of External Relations with client and prospect requests
  • Update and draft responses to Requests for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires
  • Coordinate the creation and review of investor communications including proofreading, editing

and coordinating between departments

  • Manage and report on investor relations budget
  • Perform special ad hoc projects for company staff to support clients and prospective clients
  • Coordinate distribution of communications with outside fund administrator
  • Organize and maintain shared files for clients
  • Pre-populate subscription documents for clients
  • Review and record completed subscription documents with outside fund administrator
  • Process client transfers and changes with outside fund administrator

Fund Administrator

  • Maintain client and prospect database with outside fund administrator and generate reports

Requirements:

  • Ideally for someone who is service-oriented, who enjoys the investor relations side of the role, and also well versed with subscription documents in a Fund context (Preferably Real Estate).

Core Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive pricing analyses to support strategic pricing decisions

  2. Lead competitive intelligence initiatives and market positioning analysis within the Workers’ Compensation space

  3. Build, maintain, and validate pricing models including elasticity, optimization, and profitability models

Are you a passionate Special Education Teacher looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry? We are currently seeking a Consulting Special Education Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your teaching skills and experience to create a positive learning environment for children in a healthcare setting. You will be working with elementary-age students in a self-contained setting, focusing on K-1st grade.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student, based on their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, therapists, and parents to ensure that the educational needs of the students are being met in a holistic manner.
  • Providing direct and indirect instructional support to students in a one-on-one or group setting.
  • Using adaptive teaching practices and materials that correspond with the needs of each student.
  • Evaluating and tracking the progress of each student, and adjusting the teaching methods accordingly.
  • Advocating for the educational needs of the students in the healthcare setting.
  • Providing training and guidance to other staff members about the educational needs and accommodations of the students.
  • Creating a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment for the students.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Must hold a Special Education (SPED) teacher license in VA.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably working with elementary age K-1st grade students.
  • Experience in a self-contained setting is crucial.
  • Excellent knowledge of the best practices and methodologies in special education.
  • Strong understanding of the legal, ethical, and procedural considerations in special education.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage stress effectively.

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Manager for HR & Talent Operations in the Fashion Apparel industry. The Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and local compliance. They will also oversee recruitment and onboarding, talent acquisition, and manager training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws, particularly those pertaining to New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on key compliance issues to ensure that the organization is kept up to date on new regulations.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including the implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and advice to management on how to handle complex employee situations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
