Leidos is seeking a System Integration & Test Engineer in Egg Harbor Township, NJ who will be part of a dynamic team working on the Federal Aviation Administration’s Time-Based Flow Management (TBFM) System helping to advance our transition from a ground-based system of air traffic control to a satellite-based system of air traffic management.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Leidos was awarded the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract, and is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer across AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle clouds. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to modernize a leading, global-scale multi-cloud environment in support of a critical mission, supporting USAF system resiliency, security, and cost effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Cybersecurity Engineer will perform cybersecurity authorization services, including acting as a point of contact cybersecurity authorization related aspects to the assigned information systems, ensuring systems are maintained per security policies and procedures and maintaining compliance and ongoing reporting to management. Responsibilities include:
Design, deploy, configure, operate, and maintain authorizations and accreditation of the C1 Architecture for Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in NIPRNet and SIPRNet
Author, review, coordinate and submit cybersecurity authorization required artifacts to eMASS (including change requests) to achieve milestones such as Interim Authority to Test (IATT) and Authorization to Operate (ATO)
Support conducting cybersecurity authorization activities to comply with all current Cybersecurity and IA manuals, instructions, and guides within the DoDI 8500.01 and DON 5239.
Supply RMF-required authorization-related documentation and artifacts
Conduct routine Insider Threat Assessment and document results in the Contractor’s System Security Plan
Continuously monitor system resources through automated scanning and implement automated reporting feeds to support cybersecurity authorizations.
Verify patch compliance using the approved technical solution
Provide and execute a plan for vulnerability and compliance scanning
Implementation of security procedures, and verify information system security requirements, including coordinating the execution, review, and disposition of STIG checklists for systems, applications, developed code and other components.
Independently develop and maintain system security documentation, including drafting, reviewing, editing, and recommending guidance for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Tactics, Techniques, & Procedures (TTP), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Score Card.
Participate in regular briefings with the customer on cybersecurity status, including preparing briefing materials
Work closely with government Cyber & technical teams to support ATO conditions and requirements.
Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes
Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a learning environment
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2–6 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active Secret clearance at a minimum required to start.
US citizenship required
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)

In this role, you will help shape technical approaches that support mission success across the Intelligence Community, DoW, and mission partners. The Intel Sector AI Lead will serve as the lead AI strategist and practitioner across the Sector, responsible for defining, aligning, and accelerating Artificial Intelligence strategy and execution across all Business Areas (BAs). Location is Reston (or other Northern Virginia location as required).
This leader will drive mission-relevant, secure, and operationally deployable AI solutions that modernize intelligence tradecraft, accelerate mission software delivery, and deliver differentiated cyber and multi-INT capabilities at speed and scale.
The Sector AI Lead will collaborate with all BA Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), line managers and growth leaders to drive AI enabled solutions into program and mission operations, captures, proposals, and non-traditional acquisitions. The Sector AI Lead will proactively establish relationships and meet with current and potential customers to demonstrate the company’s credentials for solving problems with technically-differentiated AI and advanced automation solutions. The Sector AI Lead CTO will partner with the broader Leidos Enterprise, AI research teams, and external partners to stay informed on and evangelize Leidos and industry’s AI capabilities, tailored to Intel Sector audiences.
Key Responsibilities
•Define and execute the Intel Sector AI Strategy aligned to Sector growth priorities, customer mission needs, and Corporate AI direction.
•Accelerate adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI-assisted software development, AI-enabled cyber operations, and multi-INT fusion platforms.
•Ensure AI capabilities are mission-aligned across Intelligence Production & Analyst Workflows, TCPED modernization, GEOINT automation, cyber operations, and Information Operations platforms.
•Partner with Business Area CTOs, Chief Architects, and Growth leaders to shape AI-infused solutions into captures and proposals.
•Demonstrate ready-now AI platforms ahead of RFP release and support OTAs, CSOs, and outcome-based acquisition models.
•Establish and maintain an AI Governance Framework ensuring secure and trusted AI deployment in classified and mission-critical environments.
•Ensure Responsible AI practices, model evaluation standards, lifecycle risk management, and Zero Trust alignment.
•Build and lead a community of AI practitioners across the Sector, ensuring:
•Every senior technical leader is conversant and proficient in AI-enabled mission solutions
•Shared AI reference architectures, reusable components, and model libraries
•Reuse of IP across programs
•Transition AI prototypes (IRAD/CRAD) into operational programs at speed.

Basic Qualifications
•Master’s degree 15+ or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Minimum 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, advanced analytics, or mission software engineering.
•Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in classified or mission-critical environments.
•Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), multi-agent systems, and sentiment analysis.
•Experience leading research and development related to the application of AI and automation into cyber operations (offensive, defensive, or information-operations)
•Experience deploying Generative AI / LLMs, Knowledge Graphs or other technologies to improve analytic activities
•Experience leading AI solutioning in capture and proposal efforts.
•Proven experience managing distributed, highly technical teams.
•Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
