TEAM SUB is a combination of Program Executive Office (PEO) Strategic Submarine (PEO SSBN), PEO Attack Submarines (PEO SSN), and PEO Undersea Warfare Systems (PEO UWS) and the Direct Reporting Program Office, AUKUS Integration & Acquisition Office (AUKUS). The TEAM SUB concept divides the single submarine-centric organization into specific PEOs with the goal of enhancing the structures and processes in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities.
Required Skills and Experience:Capable of performing the following functions:
Apply the theories and principles of science and mathematics to research and develop economical solutions to technical problems.
Design products, machinery, implement improved ways to extract, process, and use raw materials, develop new materials that both improve the performance of products and take advantage of advances in technology.
Analyze the impact of the products developed or the systems designed on the environment and on the people using them.

Job Description: About the Role: TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Coffee Procurement & Sustainability, based out of our Northlake, TX coffee site. In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic sourcing, sustainability tracking, and operational performance across the coffee procurement organization.Serving as a critical partner to Procurement and Sustainability, you will ensure data accuracy across systems, maintain coffee contracts, and enable informed decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and process optimization.This position works closely with Procurement, Sustainability, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams and requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor coffee market trends, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs
Analyzing cost structures, origin differentials, and futures market data to support sourcing decisions and risk management
Providing scenario modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning
Maintaining accurate contract data across procurement systems and ensuring alignment with physical and financial positions
Inputting and validating supplier, origin, and pricing data in ERP and commodity tracking platforms
Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with clean, reliable data for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting data collection and validation for origin programs and supplier sustainability initiatives
Collaborating with the Senior Coffee Procurement & Sustainability Manager to prepare internal and external sustainability reporting
Maintaining and enhancing data pipelines and procurement systems to ensure data availability and reliability
Partnering with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely data flow across procurement and supply chain activities
Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives across the coffee procurement organization
Working closely with the coffee futures position management team to align physical and financial data
Partnering with Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals
Assisting in preparing presentations and insights for executive-level and customer-facing meetings

This is a full-time, onsite role on first shift.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within commodities, procurement, or sustainability
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and Python or R
Strong understanding of commodity markets and procurement processes
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
