You will support automation opportunities (e.g., new reports; administration productivity tools) and service metrics collection and reporting. Serve as a Databricks administrator, managing workspace configuration, user roles, cluster performance, and troubleshooting.
Support AWS infrastructure services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and Lambda to maintain secure and scalable systems.
Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and mission analysts to understand system requirements and translate them into effective engineering solutions.
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform for consistent and repeatable deployments.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Assist with system integration, security hardening, and operational readiness reviews.
Produce and maintain system documentation in accordance with customer standards.
Basic Qualifications:
US citizenship is required per contract.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years or prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
Hands-on experience administering and supporting Databricks environments in an enterprise or mission-critical setting.
Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure in AWS, including services like EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, and networking components.
Experience developing and testing automation scripts.
Experience documenting work instructions and configurations.
Experience with manipulating data with Microsoft Excel, especially transforming and graphing data.
Experience developing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, importing images and graphs.
Familiarity with security and compliance best practices in a classified cloud environment.
Have or is willing to obtain within 6 months Security+ CE (or similar), required for privileged user (admin) access.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting DoD or IC customers
Familiarity with the IC customer mission systems and data handling standards.
Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, ECS, EKS).
Experience with Python (Pandas, Boto3, PySpark, MLOps), Java or Scala in a data engineering context.
AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional)
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, and Bash Scripting.

This role will also support integration, test, and verification in the final products.   Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multi-disciplined engineering design team to design, test and integrate sophisticated digital designs hardware and firmware including RF sensor systems.
Review and analyze high level system requirements, participate in defining, deriving and allocating these requirements into lower-level hardware requirements.
Translate conceptual designs into design specifications and implement within detailed electrical designs involving electrical schematics, complete bills of materials (BOMs), Printed Circuit Board Design (PCB), layout techniques, documents and fabrication drawings.
Analyze, design, develop and test embedded electronic circuit card assemblies (CCA’s) containing Programmable Logic Devices (RFSoC, SoC, FPGA), data conversation, signal processing/filtering, high speed digital and analog, RF & amplification, power supply & power management circuitry.
Analyze schematic diagrams for either custom or commercial-off-the shelf (COTS) electronic hardware involving high-speed digital and/or analog circuitry in associated FPGA-centric systems.
Analyze, design, simulate, and implement designs which interface to common high-speed signaling standards such as SERDES, PLLs, and/or protocols such as PCIe Gen4, JESD204B/C, LVDS, etc.
Evaluate, select, specify, design, modify, test, and/or integrate sensors, electronic modules (custom and COTS), cables, connectors, power subsystems.
Apply basic knowledge of HDL design using VHDL/Verilog to write, simulate, synthesize and test designs used within various logic devices (SoC,FPGA/CPLD).
Conduct experimental tests on equipment, evaluate results, followed by specification development for selecting components and equipment for deliverable systems.
Generate and maintain requirements documents, functional specification documents, interface control documents and engineering drawings while applying configuration management policies.
Develop project test plans and test procedures, provide test planning support, assist in the execution of both lab testing and field testing.
Provide field support planning, mobilization/de-mobilization support, and other field support in general.
Interact with outside customers, suppliers, and functional peer groups.
Provide status reports to project managers and/or project lead as required.
Some travel and work at remote sites for limited time periods will be required.
Basic Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related degree

DescriptionThe DIA Account Manager will set and own the strategy for identifying and developing new opportunities, translate customer perspectives into enterprise growth, and lead strategic planning specific to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).This role will partner with the senior leadership to define and execute growth strategies and business plans, chair program reviews, customer assessments, govern discretionary investment portfolios, and sponsor relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the account lead for DIA—mobilizing an “all-of-Leidos” approach, drawing on capabilities across sectors and business areas to deliver integrated, multi-sector solutions.
Act as a liaison between the Growth Organization and line organization elements (including divisions with DIA work), ensuring alignment and integration across all sectors.
Institutionalize cross-organizational collaboration to drive growth, removing barriers and aligning incentives across sectors.
Direct market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform portfolio priorities, positioning and price-to-win strategies, and targeted marketing for DIA pursuits.
Act as a thought partner and decision authority in bid decisions, gate reviews, and cost/price strategy development.
Sponsor executive engagement and targeted research to anticipate DIA’s current and emerging mission needs; convert insights into actionable capture strategies.
Manage industry relationships with professional organizations; recommend and lead Leidos participation in trade shows and industry events.
Cultivate and govern senior-level relationships across DIA; benchmark and anticipate competitor capabilities aligned to DIA’s requirements across a diverse, multi-year portfolio.
Basic Qualifications
Deep, executive-level relationships with leaders and decision makers across DIA, with a demonstrated ability to influence strategy and outcomes at senior levels of the agency.
A bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of executive level leadership within the defense, intelligence, government services, or professional services markets, spanning business development, capture, portfolio planning, and delivery oversight.
Record of leading and sponsoring opportunity captures >$100M, including development of win themes, shaping strategies with DIA and DoD customers, and contributions to competitive pricing and investment decisions.
Demonstrated ability to identify, establish, and leverage strategic customer alliances with senior officials and program stakeholders within DIA.
Familiarity with government contracting, current acquisition trends, and DIA enterprise acquisition strategies and processes.
Knowledge/experience in intelligence operations, counterintelligence, all-source analysis, or other DIA mission areas.
Demonstrated ability to guide advanced technology portfolios supporting intelligence missions (e.g., cyber defense, AI/ML, GEOINT) from concept through operationalization.
Knowledge of competitors and ability to forecast and counter competitor behaviors in the DIA market space.
Executive-caliber communication skills; frequent presenter to senior executives, senior customers, and boards/governance forums.
Management of a >$4B qualified pipeline and portfolio-level prioritization discipline.
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in business, international relations, security studies, or a related field.
Prior program/portfolio leadership or delivery sponsorship supporting DIA missions.
Broad IC network (ODNI, NGA, NSA, and other DoD intelligence elements) with a track record of cross-agency solutioning.
Demonstrated success integrating complex, multi-sector solutions for intelligence customers and governing cross-functional capture teams.
Experience leading cross-sector coalitions in pursuit of enterprise-level contracts and strategic growth initiatives, including alliances and key partner strategies.
Familiarity with emerging mission areas (e.g., space-based ISR, cyber operations, advanced analytics) and translating them into funded roadmaps.
Recognition as a trusted advisor within DIA, with a proven ability to influence strategy, investment priorities, and portfolio trade-offs.
