Overview

Join our team as an Account Manager, where you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll work with a diverse group of clients, helping them navigate their insurance and risk management needs. About You

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in client coordination or claims management, or a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • A valid license and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • A knack for identifying critical issues and solving problems effectively.

What you will do

The Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory, using relationships, and closing new business for Johnson Controls Security and ensuring customer retention.
