We are currently seeking an Technical Lead to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population. Primary Responsibilities

  • Engineering

    • Experience in working on teams utilizing Agile workflows and processes
    • Engineer and architect the database architecture to support modernization initiatives
    • Translate mission outcomes and prioritized product backlog items into technical delivery plans and sprint goals
    • Develop, maintain, and evolve a modernized database architecture aligned to modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption
    • Design, implement, and test database architecture solutions that improve scalability, resilience, security, and performance
    • Re-engineer and transition legacy databases to modernized architectures while enabling coexistence across on-premises and cloud ecosystems
    • Gather, define, and refine database and reporting requirements for internal and external users
    • Maintain enterprise architecture documentation and technical artifacts, including data models, SOPs, installation guides, and related engineering documentation
    • Lead development and integration of secure APIs, data pipelines (structured/unstructured)
    • Experience with software development languages/environments such as:  JavaScript, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible Automation, Java, PSSQL, YAML, and Terraform
    • Develop automated CI/CD build/deployment pipelines using Ansible and Bitbucket/Gitlab.

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidate must Currently have a TS/SCI
  • BA and 12+ years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple teams and delivering complex software systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail, including excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on technical experience in at least three of the following areas: Oracle, SQL Server, Java, engineered systems, cloud technologies, data integration, automated testing and deployments, and DevSecOps
  • Demonstrated experience supporting database engineering, architecture, modernization, and Tier III technical support functions in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong background in automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices
  • Experience with software development languages/environments such as:  JavaScript, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible Automation, Java, PSSQL, YAML, and Terraform
  • Hands-on full-SDLC Agile Software Development experience, including full software lifecycle automation experience (design, development, test, deployment), including deployment to a production environment

Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve DevSecOps pipelines and practices across the organization
  • Integrate security controls and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning)
  • Establish and enforce secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with software engineering, cybersecurity, and integration teams to embed security into all phases of development
  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure principles

  • Implement and manage secrets management, identity and access controls (IAM), and zero-trust security models

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security+ Certification

ManTech International is seeking a Windows System Administrator to support mission‑critical Information Technology operations within our Defense & Aerospace programs. In this role, you will help ensure the availability, performance, and security of Windows‑based systems that enable national security missions across the U.S. intelligence community, Department of Defense, and other federal agencies. As a key member of our IT team, you will install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and core Microsoft services, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP, in both classified and unclassified environments. You will monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root‑cause analysis to sustain high system uptime and reliable performance for users and mission applications. Working closely with cyber security engineers, you will implement and maintain secure baselines in accordance with Department of Defense and federal security policies, including DISA STIGs and related hardening guidelines. You will apply patches and updates, manage access controls, support audit and accreditation activities, and contribute to the overall security posture of ManTech’s critical systems. Automation using PowerShell and other tools will be a core part of your responsibilities, helping streamline repetitive tasks and enforce consistent configurations. You will collaborate with network, cyber, and application teams to design and deliver resilient, scalable Windows solutions that support advanced cyber security and defense missions. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA Security+, or DoD 8570 baseline credentials are highly valued. This role will center around delivery and operations of the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) services. This position is part of the FIDO/MFA team. This team is responsible for operationalizing a Global Network & Technology (GN&T) wide strategy to facilitate the use of FIDO/MFA services. This team is responsible for the entire life cycle of MFA solutions from developing Architecture to Operational support of the MFA services. MFA is provided as a service(s) to other network teams, providing them centralized mechanisms to help implement MFA and adhere to the Network Security Fundamentals (Access Management, Situational Awareness, Configuration Hardening, Vulnerability Mitigation) at scale. A successful candidate will possess both strong inter-personal and technical skills. They will be expected to work within and across team barriers to take these functions from concepts to design and ultimately to production implementation. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in interpreting business and functional requirements by collaborating with senior engineers to support technical implementation. * Support subject matter experts by documenting processes and contributing to knowledge-sharing activities within the team. * Follow established procedures and contribute to team coordination by understanding roles and responsibilities across support and engineering functions. * Participate in the implementation and testing of high-availability and redundant network systems under the guidance of senior engineers. * Install, configure, and perform basic Identity services components as part of MFA services. * Develop automation tools necessary for MFA services. * Implementation of Identity lifecycle automated provisioning workflows to ensure secure, and timely access. * Work with cloud based tools in the deployment of the services in cloud infrastructure. * Utilize configuration management tools like Ansible for the delivery and support of MFA services. * Enforce zero-trust principles to adhere to security standards and processes. * Provide first-line operational support, including monitoring alerts, escalating issues, and assisting in 24x7 support efforts as scheduled. *What we’re looking for… * You’ll need to have: * Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. * Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience * IAM Expertise – Deep knowledge and understanding of Identity protocols like LDAP, SAML, FIDO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Working experience with products like DUO, Okta. * Automation & Scripting – Proficiency in developing automation tools using languages like python, powershell, etc. * Directory Services – Practical experience of LDAP directory server implementations. * Cloud & Containers – Good understanding of containers and cloud based services. * Operations – Experience with application delivery, support, incident management, log management, and problem management areas. * Education – Bachelor’s degree ( in engineering, computer science or related discipline) or four or more years of work experience. * Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one of or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. * Familiarity with Identity and Access Management solutions. * Knowledge of Splunk. Ability to write splunk search language models, data models, and lookups for thread hunting. * Experience in developing, testing, and maintaining automation playbooks using python/API integrations and * Strong knowledge of incident response lifecycles. * Experience building relationships across business units. Even better if you have one or more of the following: * Strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge and experience. * Knowledge of Jumphost servers and their operational use * Knowledge of applications like Hashicrop vault to store credentials and secrets. * Experience in developing Splunk SOAR to automate triage and response actions. * Hands on experience in managing Identities in containers and cloud native services. * Directory Services optimization to support millions of identity attributes and high frequency authentication requests. * Expert knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC. * Hands on experience with IAM in Kubernetes, ansible for automatic security patching for identity servers. * Established track record in managing complex processes, driving results, and adapting to change. * Demonstrated success leading organizations providing cybersecurity engineering. * The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and educate peers and teams on security concepts and overall importance to the business. * Recent experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, graph theory or artificial intelligence. * Hands-on experience working with internet-scale data sets such as Netflow, BGP, DNS, and IDS logs. * Knowledge of network-based, system-level, and application layer attacks and mitigation methods.
