What Your Day Will Look Like
Be the first point of support for end users – helping them face-to-face, by phone, and through online channels.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues across desktop, application, and network infrastructures, often resolving problems in real time to keep operations moving.
Set up and manage accounts for staff, ensuring the right access is granted quickly and securely.
Deploy software packages and updates across end user devices – balancing federal security mandates with positive user experience and availability.
Work closely with other technical teams to escalate complex issues, share knowledge, and deliver solutions.

Leidos is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure and Lab Engineering team supporting our Transportation Solutions customers. This role involves maintaining and sustaining software development and test labs, serving as a liaison between engineering teams, and implementing innovative solutions using current and emerging technologies. Additionally, this role is hands-on and operational, requiring comfort working directly with systems, hardware, and lab infrastructure.

Position Purpose
The Utilities Engineer is responsible for oversight of design, engineering, safety and quality support in the following utility equipment systems:

· Experience with Quality Management and Change Control Systems.
· Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision.
· Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, while interfacing with multiple departments, working with internal customers to manage projects.

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $98,000 - $124,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
As an Electromechanic , you’ll be a key player in maintaining and improving the mechanical, electrical, and automated systems that power our facility. You’ll work hands-on with production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation. What You Need
Must be currently legal to work in Canada
Must be 18 years or older
D.E.P. in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (or Quebec equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, kneeling, standing for long periods
Ability to work at heights and flexible to work overtime, weekends, or holidays with notice
Basic software knowledge for maintenance documentation
What You Will Do
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment issues to keep production on track
Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical and electrical systems
Support morning production startup and ensure equipment is ready to go
Carry out fabrication, welding, and modification tasks as needed
Participate in equipment upgrades and improvement projects
Maintain a clean and organized workshop and plant environment
Follow food safety and workplace safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate in equipment connection
Experience with T.I.G. welding
Familiarity with labeling (Bizerba) and packaging equipment (Omori, Ulma)
Knowledge of HACCP and food industry standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Self-starter with a safety-first mindset
