Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience working with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF), National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST), and other federal guidelines.

The Modular Secure Solutions (MSS) business unit of Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions division is seeking a Security Architect, Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support its secure embedded computing product business for the US DoD and other US stakeholders. The products incorporate security features and unique capabilities in software, firmware, and hardware.

The Security Architect SME is expected to serve as the primary technical advisor and SME for security-related decisions across complex projects. Your Challenge

• Review engineering design documents for anti-tamper solutions (e.g. Anti-Tamper Plans) and author written feedback for DoD program offices and customers to document identified weaknesses and vulnerabilities of anti-tamper solutions with the end goal of develop, guide, and monitor technical documentation to capture trade studies, system designs, analyses, and results related to improving a product or program’s security posture.

• Identify, assess, and recommend innovative design solutions and technologies to enhance CPI protection and mitigate vulnerabilities to exploitation and reverse engineering.

• Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Lead the design, evaluation, and validation of security architectures for Curtiss Wright Defense products and customer engagement.

• Support the development and implementation of hardware and software Anti-Tamper techniques and countermeasures to protect assets and enhance operational integrity and reliability. Support strategic planning for technology development that aligns with Curtiss-Wright strategic priorities.

• Develop and maintain security reference architectures, roadmaps, and best practices. Develop, document, and teach best practices across many peer groups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security best practices throughout solution lifecycles.

• Collaborate with the US Government and program teams to negotiate and develop Anti-Tamper / CyberSecurity solutions for international export markets, ensuring compliance with Tri-Service Committee and Red Team requirements for US-deployed and exported military systems.

• Actively participate in communities of practice (internal to CW and external) to enhance domain knowledge and foster continuous professional development throughout the organization.

What You Bring:

• Experience in one or more of the following fields: Systems Security Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering
• Familiarity with DoD 5200.39, DoDI 5200.44, and related Anti-Tamper and CPI protection policies.
• Experience with FPGA/ASIC design, embedded systems security, and hardware reverse engineering.
• Working knowledge of the Anti-Tamper architecture design including requirements development and technical baseline management ensuring system resilience. Experience developing, reviewing, and validating Anti-Tamper (AT) Plans and Verification & Validation (V&V) Plans aligned with DoD AT policies and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to senior government leadership, internal stakeholders, and external customers.
• Strong understanding of the scientific basis behind the product, systems, and security design.
• A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Familiarity with cryptographic solutions and relevant standards, including key management and encryption protocols and their application with system-level cryptographic implementation, encryption key management, and secure data protection techniques.
• Experience in the design and implementation of secured systems based on system requirements and design analysis.
• Experience in performing Threat Countermeasure Tree Analysis to identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
• Working knowledge of Security State-of-the-Art (S-SOTA) technologies and their integration into embedded systems.
• Familiarity with the requirements, processes and technologies for cross-domain solutions (CDS).

Education:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree requires 10+ years’ experience of working on System Security Engineer or other relevant position.

As a Signatures Modeling Engineer, you will apply your skills and critical thinking to a wide variety of signature modeling programs supporting AFRL, NASIC, LCMC, and other customer agencies.  You will run state of the art signature prediction codes, like Xpatch and SENTRi on airborne and ground-based vehicle models to generate highly accurate signature models.  You will also create custom signature prediction tools and perform special analyses in support of critical customer mission areas.  This job offers a unique ability to collaborate directly with the creators of industry standard tools such as Xpatch as well as others (SENTRi, etc.).  We are looking for a qualified candidate to bring technical excellence, leadership, entrepreneurship, and creativity to our programs. Primary Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer.

Leidos’ Digital Modernization group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to be responsible for the design, migration, implementation, enhancement, optimization, and maintenance of infrastructure in support of the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) program. With the CESO program, the

Defense Information System Agency (DISA) is looking to transform the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment, which provides secure information sharing to the community, into a more mature service offering to meet the DoD and intelligence communities. As part of this task order, Leidos will manage the commercial cloud migration and disestablishment of legacy systems, fully automate the continuous development & continuous integration environment, fourth estate consolidation, professionalize services – ITIL/DevSecOps based processes, improve the customer experience 1st call resolution, and achieve development of a service catalog for Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Model.

This position is in Arlington, VA 100% on-site with occasional/situational travel.

U.S. citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a CI Poly is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise and assist with network integration and consolidation efforts across multiple systems environments.

Basic Qualifications:

Position Purpose

The Utilities Engineer is responsible for oversight of design, engineering, safety and quality support in the following utility equipment systems:

Clean Utilities (Clean Steam, Purified Water, WFI and RO Systems), HVAC Systems, Plant Steam Systems, Co-Generation Units, Process Chillers, Compressed/Process Air, Ammonia Chillers and Refrigeration Process, Alcohol Distillation and Recovery Process, Process Gases, Natural Gas, Bulk Chemical Distribution, Solvent Gas Detection systems, Water, Cooling towers and Waste Treatment systems for the Kankakee facility.

This individual will work closely with a cross-functional team to meet the needs of the groups they support.

Responsibilities

1 Technical lead accountable for the operational improvement of the utility systems based upon industry trends and emerging technologies:

• Responsible for compliance and operational improvement of equipment systems
• Provide engineering support to address operational / compliance issues and to ensure equipment is maintained at a level required to provide high reliability maximizing useful life
• Implement measures to improve equipment that support utility operations
• Provide technical expertise and industry best practices
• Lead engineering efforts to resolve equipment and operational problems and ensure problem solving techniques are appropriately utilized
• Prepares User Requirements Specifications (URS), Risk Assessments, Safety Assessments and participates in validation activities including review of IQ/OQ protocols, executions and summary reports.
• Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, manufacturing, automation, quality assurance, validation, reliability engineering and project engineering.
• Support the planning and execution of activities by working in cross-functional teams assisting in driving projects to completion to meet timeline and budget objectives
• Manage system documentation including creation, review, updates, and approval of technical specifications, operating procedures, and system drawings.

2 Accountable for the Utility Reliability Program:

• Execute the maintenance strategy for new and modified equipment
• Management of CMMS data integrity and execution of Reliability Centered Maintenance Improvements
• Develop preventative maintenance procedures for utility systems in collaboration with the Reliability Engineering department ensuring maintenance programs are implemented
• Continuous Improvement of maintenance PM’s, BOM’s and Spare Parts
• Review and lead utility equipment replacement as part of the life cycle improvement process and continuous improvement initiative planning.
• Oversees reconditioning of the equipment to restore to like-new condition
• Performs upgrades to improve safety, operational performance, and extend operational life
• Collaborates with local and global partners to develop asset management plan that includes capital requests

3 Manage and monitor KPI’s:

• Ensure compliance with site and global indicators
• Measure and ensure compliant performance in Safety, Quality and Reliability
• Demonstrate success of preventative maintenance improvements through performance reports, dashboards and metrics
• Utilize control systems to monitor, trend and verify equipment performance and downtime

4 Ensure cGMP compliance of all utility systems to meet regulatory compliance:

• Equipment is maintained at a level required to provide high reliability maximizing useful life
• Review environmental monitoring and laboratory sample release test results
• Manage deviations, investigations (CAPA’s and OOT’s) with on-time closure
• Safely resolve process problems, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize uptime production
• Execute root cause analysis during investigations
• Lead investigations as the subject matter expert providing technical expertise for all phases associated with the utility systems
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the utility drawings, flow diagrams and Standard Operational documents.
• Perform utility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis and initiate any procedures necessary to resolve problems
• Responsible for utility inspections (GEMBA’s/audits) for quality assurance on a periodic basis.
• Responsible to ensure training, deviations and investigations related to utility systems have on-time closure and KPI performance metrics are met
• Responsible for change control activities, the implementation of CAPA items, quality investigations and determine/implement long lasting corrective actions and preventative measures.

5 Support scheduled capital project related utility system shutdowns, tie-ins and system startup.

6 Demonstrate continuous improvement with respect to increasing job knowledge and proficiency related to biopharmaceutical industry engineering best practices and technologies, as well as technical understanding/problem solving capability.

7 Complies with requirements from CSL Behring’s Safety Program, including Health and Safety mandates and OSHA requirements.

8 Completes any other duties/responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Additional Responsibilities and Accountabilities (Clean System):

1 Responsible for providing engineering expertise to support the design, installation, commissioning, validation and operation of the Clean Utility systems.

2 Play an essential leadership role in support of the operation on project support activities.

3 Responsible for the Clean Utility generation and distribution systems across the site. These systems include clean steam, purified water, clean air, WFI, clean gases and other ancillary equipment

4 Responsible for the quality requirements and the applicable regulatory standards, such as USP, EU and JP.

5 Technical lead in engineering, with a focus on pharmaceutical utility systems, industry best practices, and emerging technologies related to utility systems requirements.

Additional Responsibilities and Accountabilities (Plant System):

1 Responsible for providing engineering expertise to support the design, installation, commissioning, validation and operation of the Plant Utility systems.

2 Play an essential leadership role in support of the operation on project support activities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred or B.S. degree in an Engineering related field.

Experience

· 5+ years of relevant experience and a BS

· 3+ years of relevant experience and a MS

· Must possess basic knowledge of core principles in various engineering disciplines (fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics etc.)

· Strong knowledge of utility systems (Clean and Plant Utility Systems)

· Strong knowledge of industry standards and guidelines such as ASME BPE, ISPE Baseline Guides, USP, EU GMP, ISO standards and CFR’s.

· Must have experience with mid-to-large capital projects for the pharmaceutical industry.

· Knowledge of biopharmaceutical process operation and process control, utility and mechanical systems (pumps, valves, materials).

· Working knowledge of pharmaceutical process sanitary connections, valves and supply loops.

· Experience with Quality Management and Change Control Systems.

· Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision.

· Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, while interfacing with multiple departments, working with internal customers to manage projects.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $98,000 - $124,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. Leidos is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst to support efforts for Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT), virtualized data centers. SMIT is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under SMIT, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Ultimately, Leidos will support the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management to improve capability and service while also saving significant costs by focusing efforts under one enterprise network.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating and maintaining the virtual data center infrastructure and operating systems. This includes responding appropriately to alerts, events and incidents from triage through resolution; including escalations, where appropriate.
• Conducts upgrade activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services.
• Provides root cause analysis documentation in accordance with Government procedures.
• Provides physical and virtual data center support where appropriate.
• Documents daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper pass down of any outstanding issues.
• Provides incident notification to Government representatives.
• Responsible for leading the installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of systems, including associated hardware.
• Responsibilities may include management of systems infrastructure, implementing best practices to identify and recommend system functional specifications, configuration of physical and virtual systems, and backup/recovery of IT infrastructure.
• Support duties may include updating and supporting systems by tuning performance and allocating storage space.
• Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the area/ project team.
• Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.
• May assist other technical staff with tasks and assignments.
• Addresses complex technical issues/problems using internal best practice and through collaboration with colleagues.

• Develops and implements standards, procedures, and processes for Enterprise Operations.
• Participates in strategic network and operations planning.
• Works within the DevOps methodology to plan and support implementation of new technologies.
• Works with the Cyber Team to employ approved defense-in-depth principles and practices (e.g., defense-in-multiple places, layered defenses, and security robustness).

Basic Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 10+ years of experience, BS degree (or equivalent) and 5-8 years of experience; or Masters degree and 3-6 years of experience in Information Systems, Information Security, IT, EE, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Must possess an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) network support certification and/or an Operating System (OS)/Application Certification such as:

This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW) and Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command.

As a Client Systems Specialist you will perform Tier-1 support to the Executive Staff, assist help desk support with troubleshooting of customer IT systems. Additionally, the Client Systems Specialist will work with a dynamic team that executes, enables, and protects operations within an enterprise network architecture. The organization supports over 500 customers with requirements that involve desktop hardware and application support, networking, telecommunications, and data center operations. Will provide first-level contact with customers, to include senior leadership personnel and convey resolutions to issues, track and route trouble tickets, and perform additional client-level IT support.

The Calibration Technician tests, calibrates, maintains, and repairs electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, measuring, recording and indicating instruments and related equipment for conformance to established standards.

What will you do:

• Maintain scheduling of equipment calibration, work with customers and ensure equipment is calibrated and returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain database of all equipment needing calibration.
• Maintain CCT (Certified Calibration Technician) rating from ASQ (American Society for Quality) by attending classes and gaining annual training hours as required. May involve online, OJT or in-person attendance.
• Perform Metrology related purchasing activities as required utilizing Purchasing systems or credit card.
• Coordinate packaging, and safe shipping and receiving of measuring equipment that is calibrated at a third party.
• Maintain competency in Fluke Calibration Management system after training.

• An associate’s degree in a field such as electronics engineering technology, electro-mechanical or equivalent experience in a Metrology department.
• Hands-on experience with measurement tools and devices
