Primary Responsibilities

  • Configuration, setup and maintenance of numerous air-gapped Information Systems (IS) and networks

  • Manage daily break/fix scenarios, updates, backups, monitoring and user management

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer who will be a member of a dynamic team working on the Federal Aviation Administration’s En-Route Automation Modernization ERAM) technology, which is the heart of the Next Generation Air Transportation System and the pulse of the National Airspace System helping to advance our transition from a ground-based system of air traffic control to a satellite-based system of air traffic management. Primary Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Support the test architect in the integration and test strategy development and implementation to include metric collection and tracking.
  • Support the development and review of test plans and test procedures.
  • Support the planning, preparations, and conduct and product acceptance, system demonstration, and System Integration and Checkout (SICO) events.

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer who will be a member of a dynamic team on the Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) program. TFDM is a system that will improve aircraft runway and terminal congestion. Nationwide congestion is increasing, and the need for efficient aircraft traffic planning is critical. TFDM is the surface management solution that will provide NextGen Air Traffic Control capabilities to improve air traffic operations in the National Airspace System (NAS).

TFDM program is a Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) NextGen program based on airport surface management provides that efficiencies for both the airport surface and terminal airspace by providing a new and comprehensive integrated surface traffic control and management system.

Systems Integration Test Engineer responsibilities:

Working both as a member of a team and independently, the successful candidate will:

•    Perform testing in Physical and Virtual test labs to ensure the system, test procedure, and test inputs are prepared to execute with the customer present

•    Execute procedures that verify the system is properly configured and operating in the NAS

•    Coordinate activities, communication, and planning efforts with FAA and Leidos personnel

•    Debug system level issues and provide detailed supporting data on identified issues

•    Able to understand System Level Requirements and perform system interface checkouts

Leidos is seeking an Information Assurance (IA) Engineer Senior to support cybersecurity authorization related efforts for SMIT. SMIT is the largest IT services program for the Navy and Marine Corps. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) program, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN), including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Primary Responsibilities
