Those stories are part of what makes this such a special place to work.Job OverviewThe Chief Engineer II maintains the physical structure and equipment of the building in optimal working condition, performing preventive maintenance and emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on electrical, mechanical, fire and life safety, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This role ensures effective communication with the Chief Engineer and MCCS management while supervising all Tradesmen and Facility Maintenance personnel, including Technicians, Electricians, Painters, and Carpenters. The Chief Engineer II mentors, coaches, and trains field staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to maintenance standards.What You Will Do
Execute and oversee preventative maintenance, response calls, energy conservation, safety, purchasing, expense management, and training programs within assigned stores.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities work, directing both Facilities personnel and contractors.
Establish and communicate written individual goals for each direct report annually.
Actively manage, coach, train, mentor, and recognize field staff to drive performance and engagement.
Track and monitor key performance indicators, including eAM productivity statistics, expense results, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction reports.
Ensure all purchases by direct reports comply with current purchasing procedures and utilize approved vendors and supply partners.
Assist the Division Facility Manager in preparing and submitting capital requests.
Regularly interface with Store Management, Operations, Visual, and Loss Prevention teams.
Participate in store project planning and provide progress reports as needed.
Perform electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other facility management tasks as required or permitted by the collective bargaining agreement.
Adhere to all safety procedures and perform work in a safe manner.
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Under direction of the Director of Information Technology, the System Administrator will setup, configure, maintain, and document all hardware and software related to the Servers, virtual environment, network and applications.Setup and manage Windows servers, Hyper-V and VMWare.
Manage at expert level Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, global Policies.
Knowledge of Hyper-V virtual environment
Setup Office 365 tools and applications.
Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewall including VPNs, routing and Network access
Proficiently manage network IP addressing, VLANs, network protocols.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Familiar with SAML, SSO and MFA tools.
Efficient with Helpdesk tickets and dealing with users
Qualifications
Associate degree in technical field is required
BS or BA, preferred.
Must have a minimum 3 years experience windows 2016 & Windows 2019 server, Exchange 2016 server, Cisco or Fortinet firewalls.
Well versed with Windows client operating systems deployments in network environments.
Very good understanding of TCP/IP protocol and networking topologies.
Rational thinker to resolve technical problems relating to the network and associated systems in timely manner.
Willing to work on site at least 4 days a week.
