Duties

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Assists in management of Scheduling Center resources and coordination of the activities of personnel engaged in the day-to-day work within the Scheduling Center to ensure operational and customer service standards are maintained. PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
