  • Act as the primary liaison with local HR branches to ensure alignment and follow-through on personnel matters.
  • Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, partnering with local HR to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Support and guide the employee removal process to ensure consistency, documentation, and adherence to policy.

  • Experience supporting global or multi-region operations is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting large-scale site startups or rapid workforce growth preferred.
  • Experience within the security industry is a plus.
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can build trust and influence across levels and regions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgment in handling sensitive personnel matters and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills—you keep things moving and on track.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, operations, and program leadership across regions.
